Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Refrigerated biscuits, (any brand)
mini marshmallows
cinnamon-sugar mixture
( I keep a shaker of it on hand )
flatten out a biscuit, and put it in an iron.
put 6 mini marshmallows on biscuit
(you can use more if there's room)
sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture
flatten out another biscuit, place on top and seal together
Put over fire for just a few seconds, they don't take long to brown.
These are a great hit with my family and friends when camping.
